Columbus North Market Visit

Today was our second Public Market observation field trip. Three members of class, Dr. Fink and Dr. Goldsberry ventured to the Short North area of Columbus to explore The North Market (www.northmarket.com). We were fortunate to arrive early to do some observations before the crowds grew. Mary Martineau, the North Market Director of Marketing shared the history of the market, details about the vendors, management and special events.
